Funfetti Scones

Today’s recipe is perfect for anyone who loves sprinkles or has something to celebrate soon. Back to school, a birthday, new job—any reason, really, is worth making these! They are buttery and flaky with a crisp bottom, golden edges, and kissed with a sweet vanilla glaze. The inside is just the right balance of fluffy and dense so they don’t feel hard or dry but still land firmly in the scone category.
