Last week I wrote about the fact that you probably don’t need an AI agent for 90% of what you want to do with AI. Well, this article is about that other 10% of the stuff you want to do. And what makes this even a worthwhile discussion is the fact that the 10% frequently accounts for ten times more work than the 90% did. Yes, if you have a list of 100 things that you want done with AI, 90 of them will only need some programmatic scripting, but those final 10 things you want to do are usually the hardest 10 things that take the most work from you and your team. Things like constantly answering questions from prospective tenants. It eats up an enormous amount of your time, even though it’s only a single item on a list of hundreds of things a property manager does each month.
To be clear, this article is not going to tell you to replace an employee with an AI agent. For most of you, that would be an enormous mistake and just end up creating more work for you. However, this article can tell you how to make your employees more effective in their job because they’re getting more of the BS off of their plates.
