Each player's score draws from their 14 best results over the trailing 52 weeks, with points scaled to event prestige from Challengers up to the Pickleball World Championships.
International stops in Europe and Asia feed the same leaderboard as domestic events, making the WPR genuinely global.
The rankings determine event seeding, top-seed byes, and who qualifies for the season-ending PPA Finals — giving the leaderboard real competitive consequences, not just fan-debate value.
