Team,

Check out my recent War Room conversation with Steve Bannon on election security and election integrity issues.

We discuss my recent piece in the Washington Times, shown below, regarding a retrospective report from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and declassified intelligence records that expose ongoing vulnerabilities in our election systems.

This is quite extraordinary, and it’s another part of the treasure trove from the John Solomon files, through which we’re prying out information.

Imagine this.

As noted, there’s an agency called CISA—the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency—inside DHS. From 2019 through 2024, cybersecurity teams were invited by state and local election officials to hack election systems to see how vulnerable they were. And the result was that CISA had their way with just about any state or local government election system they tested. They hacked right in. It was a piece of cake.

Think about that.

Think about how easy that was, and then realize that on November 12, 2020, a few days after the stolen election, people from CISA said that the 2020 election was the most secure election ever.

Below is video of former CISA director Chris Krebs lying to the American people as he asserts that infamous falsehood before Congress in 2020. This is the kind of bullshit you get when the government is controlled by the Deep State.

Let’s look at what this means within the context of Georgia in the 2020 election.

The Navarro Report, which documents—with statistical receipts—widespread fraud and irregularities in the 2020 presidential election, looked at six battleground states and concluded that Georgia, of all the states, was most likely to have been stolen because the numbers are really simple.

The Navarro Report documents the Grand “Stuff the Ballot Box” Strategy, which in order to stuff the ballot box included all sorts of relaxations of rules and took away the ability to check absentee ballots for validity by removing things like signature verification. Below is an excerpt from The Navarro Report describing the two prongs of the Grand “Stuff the Ballot Box” Strategy.

Prong One of the Democrat Party’s Grand Strategy used seven basic gambits to dramatically INCREASE the flood of absentee and mail-in ballots: relaxing mail-in and absentee ballot rules; sending absentee or mail-in ballots or applications for such ballots to every voter (universal mailing); increasing both the legal and illegal use of drop boxes; ballot harvesting; and the use of corrupted voting machines.

Prong Two of the Democrat Party’s Grand Strategy used five additional gambits to dramatically DECREASE the level of scrutiny of the new flood of absentee and mail-in ballots into the battleground states: relaxation of ID verification; reduced signature matching requirements; illegally counting naked ballots to increase ballot curing—both legal and illegal; and reduced poll watching and observing.

In the 2020 election, there was a dramatic increase in the number of absentee ballots in Georgia at the same time that signature matching was eliminated.

In the 2016 election, there were approximately 213,000 absentee/mail-in votes in Georgia. That number skyrocketed to more than 1.3 million in 2020.

As I document in The Navarro Report:

In Georgia, the alleged Biden victory margin was just 11,779 votes. What perhaps jumps out most in the Peach State is the illegal Consent Decree that effectively gutted the signature match requirements for millions of mail-in ballots. There is also the quite unresolved fake ballot manufacturing matter of the roughly 100,000 ballots that were mysteriously pulled, in the dead of night, out from underneath tables and expeditiously tabulated. Of course, we saw that Georgia’s electoral version of a Three-card Monte sleight-of-hand led to a strong Biden vote surge.

In elections before 2020, Georgia was throwing out around 5% of absentee ballots because their signatures didn’t match. But in the 2020 election, absentee ballot rejections in Georgia dropped to almost zero. And the absentee ballots went more than two-to-one for Biden. When you put all that math together, it’s a very simple calculation, and you blow past the roughly 12,000-vote margin of Biden’s election theft.

Below is an excerpt from a 2020 article reporting that President Trump was “currently up by slightly more than 100,000 votes” in Georgia on November 4, the day after Election “Day.”

Days later on November 7, Biden was still ‘chipping away’ at President Trump’s victory.

As I write in The Navarro Report:

In the 2020 presidential race, Joe Biden received a disproportionately high percentage of the mail-in and absentee ballots. Perhaps not coincidentally, we saw a dramatic fall in rejection rates in Pennsylvania, Nevada, and especially Georgia.

For example, in Nevada, the overall rejection rate dropped from 1.6% in 2016 to 0.58% in 2020. In Pennsylvania, the 2016 rejection rate of 1.0% dropped to virtually nothing at 0.28%. The biggest fall in the overall absentee ballot rejection came, however, in Georgia. Its rejection rate fell from 6.8% in 2016 to a mere 0.34% in 2020.

…In the 2020 race, Georgia election officials received 1,320,154 mail-in and absentee ballots. If these ballots had been rejected at the 2016 rate of 6.8% instead of the 2020 rate of 0.34%, there would have been 81,321 ballots rejected instead of the 4,489 ballots that were actually rejected.

Under the conservative assumption that 60% of these mail-in and absentee ballots went to Joe Biden, this dramatic fall in the rejection rate provided Joe Biden with an additional 16,264 votes. That’s more than the margin of the alleged Biden victory in Georgia.

Just on the dramatically relaxed signature match and the related precipitously reduced absentee ballot rejection rate issues alone, President Trump won the 2020 election.

As I document at the end of the excerpt below from The Navarro Report, “If the flood of absentee ballots in the 2020 election had been rejected at the same rate as in the 2016 election, that would have been enough to flip the election to President Trump.”

Relaxed Signature-Match Requirements

A major way mail-in and absentee ballots can be verified is through a process called signature matching. All states require voters to provide signatures on their absentee and mail-in ballot return documents in order to verify identification.

Note that thirty-two states in the U.S. require election workers to match voter signature with a signature on record for the voter on their registration form. In this case, Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada all relaxed signature match requirements, bringing into question hundreds of thousands [of] potentially illegal ballots.

Perhaps most egregiously, on March 6th of 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, with the approval of Governor Brian Kemp, signed off on a secret legal agreement with the Democratic Party of Georgia, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to significantly alter absentee ballot procedures in Georgia. The Democrats’ attorney for this secret deal was alleged Russia Hoax operative Marc Elias from Perkins Coie.

Originally, the signature-matching requirement in Georgia was such that the signature on the mail-in envelope had to match both the voter’s signature stored in the State’s E-Net system, as well as the absentee ballot application. The new guidance loosened these requirements; it only required that the signature on the absentee (mail-in) ballot envelope either must match the eNet signature, or the absentee ballot application, rather than both. Further, the State required that if the election worker found a signature to not match, it couldn’t be rejected unless a majority of the registrars, deputy registrars, or absentee ballot clerks reviewing the signature agreed.

This wholesale gutting of the state’s signature-match requirement resulted in a drastic reduction in Georgia’s absentee ballot rejection rate from 6.8% in 2016, to 0.34% during the 2020 Presidential Election. Effectively, almost none of Georgia’s 1.3 million absentee ballots were rejected. On top of this, Georgians were given the opportunity to “cure” or “fix” their ballot signatures on ballots incorrectly filled out for three days after November 3 (Election Day). If the flood of absentee ballots in the 2020 election had been rejected at the same rate as in the 2016 election, that would have been enough to flip the election to President Trump.

When you add the election system vulnerabilities exposed in the new CISA report, including issues pertaining to voting machines and third-party vendor verification, you see how compromised our election system is.

Another recent piece drawing on John Solomon’s reporting, which I touch on during my conversation with Steve, is my piece in the Washington Examiner on China’s ongoing threat to our elections.

China's Ongoing Threat to Our Elections

Team, This is my new piece about Chinese interference in the 2020 presidential election and the U.S. intelligence community’s concurrent efforts to hide key related intelligence from President Trump.

Among recently reported findings regarding China’s interference in the 2020 presidential election is a declassified memo describing Beijing’s “analysis on U.S. voter registration data from 18 states,” with North Carolina’s file alone holding “information for over 8 million voters,” including names, birth dates, addresses, party affiliation, voting history, polling places.

China entered the 2020 election with an integrated arsenal capable of shaping an American presidential contest, and it still holds the weapons it built and can deploy them in the midterm elections less than three months from now.

The systemic election integrity issues we’ve found are even worse than previously thought.

Congress should act and open a full-scale inquiry into the election integrity issues and vulnerabilities documented by the White House and by my pieces published in the Washington Times and Washington Examiner.

Americans are entitled to the full record before November.

BANNON: —and was at the receiving end of lawfare is Dr. Peter Navarro, one of the President’s closest advisors for, I don’t know, the last decade now at the White House as the Manufacturing and Trade Czar to bring jobs back, high-value-added jobs to the United States. Dr. Navarro, you’ve got a different type of article in the Washington Times today. I want to read the headline. ‘CISA warning exposes America’s election security gaps.’ You’re an expert in this. Walk us through this piece, sir.

DR. NAVARRO: This is quite extraordinary. It’s another part of the treasure trove from the John Solomon files where we’re prying information out. Imagine this. There’s an agency called CISA, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, inside DHS. From 2019 through 2024, Steve, the cybersecurity teams were invited by state and local election officials to hack them, to see how vulnerable they were. And you know what, Steve? The agency of the US government had their way with just about any state or local government election ballot box agency that it had. They hacked right in. It was like—it was like a piece of cake. Now think about that. Think about how easy that was, and then realize that on November 12th, 2020, a few days after the stolen election, people from CISA said that the 2020 election was the most secure election ever. Okay? Okay? This is the kind of crap and bullshit that you get when the government’s controlled by the Deep State.

Now, you’re doing something really important today, Georgia. So let me transition to show you what this means within the context of Georgia. The Navarro Report at PeterNavarro.com way back when looked at the six battleground states and concluded that Georgia, of all the states, was probably the most likely to have been stolen because the numbers are really simple. The Navarro Report said there was a Grand Stuff the Ballot Box strategy, which did two things. It took away the ability to check absentee ballots for validity by taking away things like signature match. And then it had all sorts of relaxations of rules to stuff the ballot box. So she had more than twice as many absentee ballots in the Georgia race at the same time that you totally eliminated signature match. It was a 12,000-vote margin, Stephen K. Bannon, that Biden allegedly won from. If you just do the numbers and you say that instead of having a five-percent signature match failure, in other words, before 2020, they were throwing at about five percent of the absentees because the signature didn’t match. Okay?

You went from five percent to zero, and the number of ballots more than doubled absentee. And the absentees went more than two-to-one for Biden. You put all that math together, it’s a very simple calculation, and you more than blow past 12,000 votes in terms of swinging for Trump. Just on that alone, he won the election. And then you throw the CISA stuff in that I just told you about. Right? And CISA talks about, for example, the voting machines, which you and I never got into, but the whole third party vendor verification and stuff like that, it’s like, our election system is so compromised, Steve. And yet, you know, of course, the other thing we’re learning from the Solomon report is, for example, Communist China had millions and millions of our voters in files and set up capabilities, all documented now—this is not a fact in dispute—to do things.

So bottom line is, Steve, what you’re going to do today going through Georgia, how they did it, is reflected in this broader CISA report—

BANNON: Yes.

DR. NAVARRO: —that came out that tells us all this stuff. It’s unbelievable, Steve. It’s like—it’s like when Kennedy got in after campaigning against Nixon, he said, “It’s even worse than I said it was on the campaign trail.” And this is—this is even worse than you and I have talked about, imagined, or wrote about.

BANNON: Yes. We’ve got 30 seconds, Peter. How do people go to get all your articles? Where do they go? What’s the one-stop shop?

DR. NAVARRO: PeterNavarro.com. PeterNavarro.com. It’s got Substack. It’s got X, Gettr, Truth. The Boss just put out a really good Truth on some of this election stuff, on some of my stuff.
