Peter M Blachly · Peter M Blachly

· Kindness is the Best Religion, and at the Core of Being Human.

· “What it Means to be ‘Human’” is Best Understood by the Derivative Words: “Humane”, “Humanely” “Humanity” and “Humaneness” – and (it Should be Noted) Kindness is at the Root of All of These.

· Forgiveness is Not Permission to Continue Harmful Behavior

· Being Accountable and Making Amends for Past Harms is Like Taking a Shower after Rolling in a Cow Pasture.

· The Essential Foundations of Friendship and Love are Trust and Respect.

· Respect for the Rule of Law is the Foundation of a Free Society.

· Unless Your Personal Safety is Involved, Never Act on your Assumptions About a Person’s Motivations or Intentions (There’s a Reason our Legal System is Based on the Presumption of “Innocent Until Proven Guilty”).

· Being Kind Does Not Mean Being a Pushover: You Can Still Be Kind in Saying “No”.

· Friendships Should Have Boundaries Based on Trust: Some People You Let onto the Front Porch, Others into the Kitchen, Others into the Living Room, But Very Few do you Let Upstairs or into your Bedroom.

· Christianity Would be a Lot Kinder if the Concept of “Original Sin” was Replaced by the Concept of “Original Trauma”.

· Because it Encourages All the Others, “Golf” Must Have Been the First Four-Letter Word.

· People Shouldn’t be Condemned for Being Immature, but the Steering Wheel Should Not be Placed in Their Grubby Little Hands.

· The Theoretical Justification for the “Manosphere” is Like a System of Math Based on the Premise that 1+1=3.

· The More Money you Have the Less you Trust the Motives of Friends and Family and the Less you Can Enjoy Their Companionship and Love.

· An Insecure Sense of Identity is at the Root of Nearly Every Psychological Aberration and Anti-Social Behavior.

· People With an Insecure Sense of Identity are Easily Enticed into Cults and Extreme Religious and Political Groups. They Need Help, Not Blame.

· The Roots of a Compromised Sense of Identity Are Almost Always Based on an Insecure Attachment Style Formed in Early, Even Pre-Verbal Childhood.
