Domestic violence is not really forgivable in most situations, but you know what? It doesn’t really work as well when it comes to shocking media coverage in most cases. Why am I bringing this up?

Well, it’s simple: fundies don’t generally allow domestic violence stories to leak into the mainstream media. Tim’s arrest is a major twist from the typical fundie script that goes on when a scandal hits a family.
