Olivia Noceda · On The Rocks

hi bbs. happy friday! i’m on my way to my prenatal appointment right now. the clinic i go to groups moms by due date, so we do our heartbeat checks privately and then learn about labor & delivery together every other week. i’ve been so pleasantly surprised by how supportive and informative it’s been. if you’re in sf and looking for prenatal care, message me! i’m always happy to share more.

this weekend i’m heading to napa for a little girls trip, and i truly need it. i’m craving some sunshine after the endless sf gloom and fully plan to spend two days by the pool eating snacks, gossiping, and ignoring my responsibilities.

anywayyy, hope you all have the best weekend. and thank you to everyone who’s been making my recipes and leaving comments!! it genuinely means so much. knowing these recipes are making it into your kitchens makes all the work worth it. sending lots of love.

R | Yesteryear, Caro Claire Burke — sorry guys, i could not finish Project Hail Mary… it just wasn’t for me!! very few books make it on my DNF list, but that was one of them. i wanna be a sci fi girl so badly but it was just too slow, too much math. moving onto greener pastures and starting Yesteryear, which i’ve heard such good things about. has anyone read it… curious to know your thoughts!

E | Daymoon Bakery — finally tried Daymoon Bakery in the Outer Sunset this weekend and OH MY GOD i love it so much. they make a traditional danish bun & cheese just like in Copenhagen!! it made me sooo happy.

P | Summer House — needed to see what the hype was all about. i started with season 8 per recommendation from a friend. at first i didn’t get it, but now i’m hooked. what is it that makes this show so good? literally nothing is happening! i guess i find watching 30-40 year olds party every weekend intriguing? like, who actually wants to do that? idfk. anyway i just realized the MAJOR drama that makes season 10 so insane. again, if you watch… please sound off in the comments.

O | Quince Linen Sheets — it was time for a new set of sheets, but i am so picky about my bedding. i also almost always sleep in linen because i just love the feeling. after a lot of sheet shopping, i was shocked to find that the prices are astronomical. i found Quince sheets to be the best bang for my buck, and i’m happy to report i love them!!

R | Spacedye Forever Tank — i was on the hunt for a tank top that felt cute enough for being active or a casual meal on a warm day, but also supportive enough for my pregnancy t!tt!es - and this Beyond Yoga tank top is truly everything to me, so flattering and perfect for all activities. i already ordered it in two different colors, and you knoww i love something when i order it multiple times.

T | Zoë Brown, Acupuncturist — i wish i could accurately describe how much acupuncture has changed my life. it’s one of the self-care practices i’ve committed to over the last 8 months, and it couldn’t be more worth it. if you’re in the Bay Area, you need to see Zoë. she is life-changing, and everyone i’ve sent to her has had nothing but rave reviews.

here’s a few of last month’s most popular posts! make something this weekend and let me know how it is. next week i’ll be dropping a recipe or two… stay tuned! x
