Cassie Smith · Crafting & Quilting Deals

Good morning, Gorgeous!

I’m so excited to share this newsletter with you. One of my secret superpowers is the ability to find great deals, so I can’t wait to share some of my favorites with you each week.

I will also highlight a few of my favorites in my weekly Off-Road Roundup Livestream, happening on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on my Facebook and YouTube pages. Please follow so you don’t miss an episode!

Now… let’s talk deals!

(Please note… the deals and prices in this newsletter are accurate at the time of sending, but are subject to change at any time. Some of the links in this newsletter are affiliate links, which means I can earn a commission from qualifying purchases).

1. Aloha 10” Fabric Stacker - $32.99 (normally $55.99)

If you are looking to bring a beach vacation to your sewing room, look no further than this beautiful 10” Stacker. Featuring 42 pieces of stunning Dear Stella fabrics, this pre-cut bundle is sure to have you picturing sunny skies and sandy beaches.

Plus, don’t forget your backing fabric! This stunning print from the same collection is only $6.99/yard (normally $13.99).

  1. Both of these fabric packs are limited quantities, so I’d act fast if you want one!

  2. I can’t get enough of Renaissance Ribbons. They are a specialty ribbon shop out of Colorado and they make the most gorgeous notions for bag-making.

They also make custom ribbons based on the artwork of your favorite fabric designers. I have had The Great Outdoors Designer Ribbon Pack in my cart for weeks, and when I saw the price this morning (only $18.57, normally $40ish), I knew I had to hit check out!

I mean, look at the tiny fishing pole! This ribbon pack has one yard of each ribbon and would be perfect for the finishing touches on all your summer projects.

I want to the Farmstead Ribbon Pack as well, which also features Stacy Iest Hsu’s artwork. It’s discounted to only $23.37!

  3. Is it too early to declare something the best deal of the summer? Hopefully not because I’m thinking that distinction must go to Sweet Potato Quilt’s Machine Sampler Minis.

This collection of 12 mini quilts costs $13 and is only available to purchase until June 20th. Each design was created by a different quilty content creator, highlights a different quilting technique, and features both a printable .pdf and a video tutorial explaining how to make it.

If you’re looking to pick up some new skills, this is definitely a pattern bundle for you! Plus, Christina (the mastermind behind Sweet Potato Quilts) is one of the funniest quilters on social media. Go give her a follow!

  4. One of the techniques featured in the Mini Quilts Sampler is English Paper Piecing. This 50-count pack of Hexys from Dritz* is only $3.50 on Amazon (normally $9.99).

  5. This next deal is the PERFECT gift for the crafty person in your life… even if that crafty person is you! Shabby Fabrics has several of the Flamingo Toes Needle Minder of the Month Club kits on clearance for only $19.96 and they are darling!

These kits include a needle minder, coordinating embroidery pattern, and embroidery floss. I am head over heels for the penguin, but feel like flamingo floaty or the scrappy star are both great candidates for a fun summer project!

  6. Today is the last day of Sulky’s anniversary sale. There are too many great deals to list them all, but I’d check out the Embroidery Thread Starter package, featuring 27 spools of Sulky’s best-selling 40wt Rayon Embroidery Thread (plus black and white bobbin thread!). The spools are pretty small at only 250 yards each, but it’s a great way to make sure you have a little bit of every color in your collection. On sale for $86.39, normally $143.99.

  7. Lastly, the free pattern I want to highlight this week is Fat Quarter Shop’s Layer Cake Loop! It comes together super easy and looks darling.

Thanks for subscribing, and stay tuned for more deals! In the meantime, go forth, be brilliant, and make things!

Xo,
Cassie
