Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Confidence • Willpower • Inner Fire
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the home of personal power, confidence, and inner fire. It shapes how you act, set boundaries, and trust your own direction. When this center is balanced, you feel capable and clear. Solar‑plexus mudras help kindle that steady inner flame — not forceful, just quietly strong.
Today we’re exploring Manipura Mudra. This mudra is a tool for sending and receiving energy to the solar plexus, also known as “The City of Jewels.” The gesture opens the gateway in your mid-section. Science has confirmed an actual physical bundle of nerves located in this area, as well, and usually calls them the celiac plexus. And yet, scientists often refer this bundle of nerves the solar plexus. They sit behind the stomach, in front of the diaphragm.
