The Nordic region is fertile ground for activists, and laws are among the most “pro-minority” you can find. Yes, the shareholder base is often quite concentrated and thus perceived as less inviting for activism - but that’s not always the case. I could come up with a long list of companies that could credibly be targeted by activists. Yet, for some reason it rarely happens.
