This time, I will deeply explore the charm and true nature of the character Vegeta from Dragon Ball. He is not just a rival character. He is an extremely human man who continues to fight forward while carrying strong jealousy and deep guilt.

The reason Vegeta fights was initially for his high pride and desire to dominate others. However, the shadows of inferiority and fear always exist in his heart. He continues to harbor intense jealousy toward the main character Son Goku, who possesses overwhelming talent. He must face the harsh reality that he cannot be number one. Furthermore, the fact that he took many lives for his own desires in the past will never disappear from his mind. Even so, he does not run away. He chooses a path of living by accepting them, without looking away from his own weaknesses and past sins.

The reason his way of life touches the hearts of readers worldwide is that his figure overlaps with the struggles we carry. We are not all special geniuses. We sometimes envy someone, regret past failures, and suffer from our own limits. The author is strongly drawn to the part where the never-perfect Vegeta admits his weaknesses and stands up over and over to protect his beloved family. He does not try to forcibly erase the dark emotions inside him. He continues to walk clumsily toward the light while holding onto his past sins and massive ego. That unrefined figure creates universal empathy.

If Vegeta actually existed in modern Japan, he would be active as an uncompromising master carpenter.

Because he has absolute confidence and pride in his skills, he constantly clashes fiercely with young craftsmen and business partners on site at first due to a personality that cannot forgive even the slightest compromise. This is because he believes without a doubt that his way is the best. However, over long years, he realizes that a large house cannot be built with his strength alone, honestly acknowledges the wonderful techniques of other rival craftsmen, and eventually sweats to build homes where clients and their families can live in peace. He speaks little and his attitude is always unfriendly, but the sturdy houses he builds are filled with hot passion and clumsy kindness.

The way of life of Vegeta teaches us something very important. There is no need to hide your weaknesses or past failures. Even the jealousy and frustration in your heart can all be turned into energy to move forward. You do not have to be a perfect human from the start. What matters is to firmly look at your own awkward parts and still continue walking powerfully. When you compare yourself to someone tomorrow and feel down, please remember his figure that never gives up. That frustration and pride inside you will surely become a great power to make you stand up again.
