A spontaneous live love call on IG this morning, talking about why we/you need THE LOVE FIELD.

I can only speak for myself: working on clearing up my anxious attachment to both my phone & the algorithm so I have more to give & a clear current to a more full & effortless life. I know it is possible. And I also know that a more full/effortless life does not mean being of service to you/the world/each other in a personal & systemic way, a way of subtle activism & devotional medicine.

To be more organic in our attention. More responsive. More in love.
