There are many synchronicities to this New Moon. It sits directly on Gate 12 in Human Design (described above) which indicates a moment of Sacred Pause: "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” Victor Frankl.

The key element of the Sacred Pause is the word freedom. For the only freedom we have is how we respond, the space we give ourself to feel what feels true, a belief in the feeling of choice and openness, no matter what the world is telling us.

That it sits in the sign of Gemini, the sign that in itself holds the idea of a horizon of possibility, a fluid horizon, one of flexible thinking, is auspicious. It is not a field of certainty but rather a field of mutation and evolution, adapting to what is needed at any particular moment, at this particular moment.

Three years ago, the Gemini New Moon on June 17 also sat on Gate 12. I found it extremely helpful to look at everything that came into place that week. Several significant things happened randomly and synchronously: deciding to miss a big family event at the last minute, looking at a new cottage to possibly move into, and the beginning of my current online devotional sadhana offering. Taking a moment to soak all this in gets me excited about the things currently at play in my life, all of which feel obstreperous & annoying at the moment, to be honest. But ok, I can get excited. I can receive. I can move a tiny bit forward.

Look back on that week for yourself to see a glimpse of what might be possible in the next level, right now.

Discretion in the face of choice is optimal. Humor is good if you can find it. Movement is non-negotiable.
