This Apple Upgrade program is fascinating. There is more psychology going on in this discussion than most others. Ownership is generally defined as the point in time in which the benefits of the product flow through to the user. Lease/rent/loan/finance are not ownership terms. Rights and obligations are ownership terms. In my world, there is no difference between a lease and a finance option (all…

Happy birthday to the United States. Historically, undoubtedly, and unabashedly the greatest nation in the history of the world. No other nation has ever brought the world so much progress and such vastly improved quality of life. I’m thankful to live so close to— both physically and culturally — to my American brothers and sisters. Here’s to another 250!

Made the terrible (and in hindsight, obvious) mistake of trying to add a new Apple Watch to an iOS 27 beta iPhone. What an awful way to spend a Friday.

It seems like folks from all over the world are discovering that the United States and Canada are absolutely amazing. We live in the best countries in the world and it’s not even close. Traveling to the USA is still absolutely top of the list, no matter what the news says.

I've had iMessage text message forwarding issues ever since introducing a new iPad into my mix. I can't seem to send text messages from my Mac anymore. Reset everything multiple times. Usually I can send one message after the reset before everything stops working again. Interesting issues.

Haha, I kept waiting for Roy Kent to come out of Daniel Blanchflower in this new Netflix flick my wife and I watched. You know you nailed a role when the audience can’t see anyone else.

Picked up the white Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro this time around. It’s so white… instant, instant stain magnet. But it’s so pretty. Might need to put it into a glass case and only look at it.

I will do up some more thoughts sometime, but the Google Fitbit Air is one of the most annoying products I've ever owned. It's so small, light, and great. Amazing battery life. And Google Health is really great too. But it isn't properly connecting to my Peloton (bike or app). It isn't syncing workouts properly from Peloton or Apple Health. And so I'm consistently wearing both Apple Watch and…

If I was a Disney shareholder, I would be perplexed and angry that the company spent $165 million producing a Star Wars film that had no purpose. It’s such a poor investment. Not building on the IP in place. Not building for the future. It almost feels like this film was purposely made to have no real impact to prove a point or something.
