You are choosing what the magazine looks like by choosing to show up for other moms.
Of course there is a wish list. A theme. A nudge of inspiration for the season. But ultimately every approved submission is making the Motherhood Minute magazine what it turns out to be.
This slow turning booklet teaches you about mental health resources, fills your cup with creative inspiration, and creates community by uplifting the voices of mothers writing about the complex beauty and hardships of parenthood.
I love this type of collaboration. It is the kind of community, creativity, and mission-driven work that gets my blood flowing.
The 2026 Fall Edition is closing submissions after August 10. We have a plethora of mental health pieces, some poetry (a big hit from last time), and holiday topics.
But yet! We need your art.
If you have an illustration, a high resolution photograph, a painting, or another visual piece (or collection) that you’d like to accompany these works, please submit them!
This fall edition is grounded in topics of motherhood, mental health, and creativity.
Do you have art that will appeal to our readers during the October to December months of holiday preparations, family moments, and noticing the small things that bring us joy?
Again, it is time to submit!
» You’ll be compensated with a copy of the magazine, if you are selected for print.
» You’ll also retain all licensing rights to your art
» You’ll also have two newsletter mentions within the digital magazine (email list over 500 subscribers) and a three sentence bio with a QR code of your choice in the printed magazine.
