I have a couple of stainless steel baking trays that are looking quite grubby.
Even with regular washing, these once-shiny trays have developed a stubborn, sticky brown layer of baked-on oil that just won’t wash off. And whilst they work fine, they don’t look like something you would want to cook food on.
Thankfully, I’ve got a little eco-friendly technique up my sleeve to get stainless steel baking trays shiny and clean again, without resorting to chemically dubious oven-cleaning products or heavy scrubbing.
It gets them looking from filthy to almost brand new!
Actual magic! From dull and brown, to so shiny you can see the reflection of my kitchen!
