As M.M.LaFleur’s COO, I don’t have the luxury of showing up to work looking anything less than polished. But honestly? It can be pretty challenging to do that when it’s hotter than the surface of the sun outside. So what’s my solution? Light Printed Jersey.

Ready, set, match: As someone who’s not a big print person, I’ll admit that our newest Abstract Bluebird print really blew me away (pun intended); it’s as appropriate now as it will be in October. I keep reaching for the ruched, form-fitting Franka top and the pull-on Ara midi skirt. One print, head to toe, zero overthinking: I can dress this look up for a nice dinner, or keep it a bit more casual for an easier day at the office.
Make your summer suiting pop: Summer is all about dressing with ease, and there’s nothing easier than adding a Printed Jersey top to freshen up your suiting rotation. I’ve also been styling the Franka top with my new favorite Ice Blue Priscilla blazer and go-to Bia trousers, now available in Ivory.

Summer Fridays meet weekend duty: You’re probably not surprised to hear that the styles I’m leaning on most pull double or triple duty in my closet. These looks are in heavy Summer Friday rotation for me because I can wear them straight from the office to pick up my boys at camp before heading upstate to Connecticut for the weekend, where they become a part of my weekend look. Again, start with the Ara skirt but this time you’ll pair it with a t-shirt; my current favorites are the Avi or the Chana in Blue Sky.
Maybe you have a special Saturday picnic or evening dinner planned? Start with our stretchy hemline-adjustable Milo jeans, and add the ever so slightly off-the-shoulder Margaret top. Don’t worry about sitting on the grass - everything’s machine washable.
