Things I have been loving (and lusting after):

🫧This ELF makeup remover is inexpensive and WORKS. Doesn’t hurt my eyes, and removes even my stubborn waterproof mascara.

💄This is my latest lip combo: this Violette lip stain (be sure to dab lips with tissue) topped with this Supergoop Lip Protectant.

👃🏼This Rare Beauty perfume is a winner. I am not a 20 year old cool girl, but I love this as an everyday scent.

👀These Soshe eyeliners are AHHHMAYYYZING. Awesome for tightlining and are great for when you don’t have a ton of eyelid space.

😍Speaking of Soshe, their tubing mascara is really great AND you can order a refill when you run out!

👱🏼‍♀️This Oribe texturing spray is pricey, but nothing else works for me. So, I use it sparingly.

👚I want this easy, white tee from AYR. I love this brand, but I won’t buy it (yet).

👕Instead, I order these tees from Old Navy because I don’t get upset when kids spill paint on it.

🩰I saw someone with these FABULOUS green Birks and they are on sale…so…you know…

🧴One of my treats is bathing before bed and then putting on a yummy lotion. I love this Necessaire Hinoki lotion, as well as the more reasonable EOS Pink Champagne wash and lotion.

🧥I love this denim chore coat from Quince and want it for the Spring.

🎸I am loving this rock band FROM DC. They are quirky and cool.

🪭 If I had a walk-up song for baseball, it would be this song by Ty Dolla $ign. I play it every morning.

🧳I place this song by Trevor Hall when I need to put my baggage down and reset. Which is an awful lot.

💅I love a manicure as much as the next girl, but I love Dazzle Dry for myself at home. This color is cute.

📚Been reading: Great Big Beauitful Life by Emily Henry (fun), The Griffin Sisters Greatest Hits by Jennifer Weiner (fun), So Far Gone by Jess Walter (so good), The God of the Woods by Liz Moore (starts strong, goes VERY meh), and Cherished Belonging by Gregory Boyle (amazing).

📺I’m watching Top Chef (obvs) and really enjoying Padma’s new cooking show on CBS. It’s a bit more cutthroat, but fun.

📺The world is a garbage fire (breaking news), so I’ve been watching Best Medicine (fox), mostly because I love Josh Charles. It’s goofy as hell, but he’s good enough (and Annie Potts) to make it lovely.

📺Trying to get through the second season of The Pitt, but struggling. Every time I turn it on, my nervous system screams “AW, HELL NAW.” Anyone else?

🎥Watched Marty Supreme and while, yes, the movie is GOOD, Timmy Chalamet got on my last nerve. I know that’s the point, but he needs to chill out. He’s doing too much (as the kids say).

🎧 I love watching the pod Good Hang with Amy Poehler, on YouTube. She made Gweneth Paltrow interesting and human, and that’s saying something.
