Fact Checking Slanders Against Jews and Israel

Few conflicts have generated as many emotionally charged accusations as the one between Israel and the Palestinians. Words like genocide, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, colonizer, and “Zionism is racism” have become fixtures of public debate — on campuses, in newsrooms, in politics and across social media. But these are not slogans. They are precise legal and historical terms with established definitions, and applying them carelessly does real damage: it corrodes the possibility of honest debate, and in charged environments, inflammatory language has preceded violent action. Words that carry the weight of history’s worst crimes should not be deployed casually. To do so is reckless.

To push back against that trend, we’ve produced a series of five short video presentations, each interrogating one of these claims directly. Each video traces the term’s legal origin, its accepted definition, and its application in clear historical cases — then tests whether the facts of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict actually meet that definition, or whether the term is being used as a weapon.

This isn’t an appeal to take our word for it. It’s an invitation to check the definitions against the facts yourself. The goal is to replace reflexive labeling with the kind of scrutiny these charges deserve — because if a term is warranted, it should survive examination, and if it isn’t, it must be discarded. Propaganda is the enemy of truth.
