Another problem is what exactly do you think you are going back to? Things change constantly, I don't see how you can recreate a supposedly purer version of Judaism by looking back to yerushalmi or Rambam. On many things you have no way of being certain you've properly understood the intention of the bavli or yerushalmi, it was written 1500 years ago, with cultural and language shifts you cannot be confident you have understood all the nuance and the language and may well be disregarding many things they took for granted and didn't bother explaining.

I think you are lying to yourself.

But you, Maskil are also willing to disagree with the talmud bavli to an extent, which I think is crazy, because once you subject and weight different sections of your texts by making your own subjective value judgements where do you stop?

The most likely outcome I predict is your method will corrupt Halacha even worse then you think it has been already. (Just like every other effort to reform halacha throughout history.)
