Hello again, friends,
I loved exploring Art as a Daily Practice with so many of you yesterday. For those who weren’t able to attend (or would like to return to it), the replay is here:
Art as a Daily Practice replay

In the workshop, we explored art as a practice of choosing curiosity over fear, and worked with attention, feeling, desire, intuition, resistance, and joy as small embodied practices we can return to each day.
A creative life does not require uninterrupted time, perfect conditions, or certainty. It is built through small acts of contact: looking closely, telling the truth, allowing ourselves to want, and returning to the work with the bodies and lives we actually have.
I’m offering a two-hour workshop on August 22 through Jessy Easton’s Inner Room series:
WORKSHOP: The Shape of Your Attention
