An Update and What's Next

Hey everyone,

Over the past couple months you may (or may have not haha) noticed I haven’t written an email, posted a YouTube video, and have been pretty inactive on other social media platforms.

I’ve been taking a break from content and tutorials mainly to try to figure out what I want to do with it.

When I first started making content and tutorials, I was doing it to learn sports analytics and teach myself how to code so I was making videos along the way.

Over the past ~6 years I’ve made tutorials, courses, connected with a ton of people and have enjoyed every second of it.

But what this time of reflection has made me realized is that I’m going to be done with teaching sports analytics content.

What this means:

• YouTube won’t be focused on sports analytics

• My courses won’t be updated anymore

Personally, I feel like I’m out of ideas to keep making content on sports analytics and the drive and excitement to do it isn’t really there anymore.

The truth is many of you probably don’t care too much haha but for my sake I’m writing this email to mentally give myself the clean break off.

Since I’m doing this and in alignment with Black Friday I’ve discounted the price of courses by over 50%, but permanently.

Not just a Black Friday deal.

All the course code is still relevant as of writing this, and it still allows for anyone wanting to learn how to code and learn soccer analytics get started.

So what’s next?

I’m not exactly sure. I’ve got a lot of different ideas but need to take some more time to figure out what I want to do exactly.

I’ll still write some emails here and try to keep talking football over on Twitter, or X, whatever it’s called.

But that is it for now.
