Get the Coral Pro Widebody if you want the most forgiving face and the fastest hands. Get the Coral Pro Hybrid if you want the balanced shape and you are coming off the original Coral.

A $333 power elongated against a $195 grit elongated. The Boomstik plays crisp, hollow, and super stable with linear power: swing harder, get more pace without the ball springing off the face. The J6CR has the grittier surface and the higher spin, stays easy to reset for a power paddle, and costs $138 less. On face grit, the Crystal Blue face holds its bite far longer.

Get the Boomstik if you want excellent stability and output, and the price is not the issue. Get the J6CR Crystal Blue if you want more spin, easier resets, and $138 back in your pocket.

Two foam hybrids, both around $197. The Loco is the power side: it’s dense in the sense that there’s substance there, along with good drive power, with the rebound controlled rather than springy. The J2CR is the spin side, super gritty face and probably the lightest at this price, head-light and nimble. Both play best on clean contact, and you feel every off-center miss on each, so add a few grams on the sides to firm up the sweet spot.

Get the Loco Hybrid if you want controlled foam power that plays in a USAP league. Get the J2CR Crystal Blue if you want the highest grit and the fastest hands.

Two paddles from 11SIX24’s Power 2 line, both foam-core Gen 4, both $209.99. The Hurache is the elongated, offense-first shape: more mass behind contact, more reach and leverage. The Ultre is the flat-top hybrid (my favorite Power 2 shape), with a crisp honeycomb-like snap off the face, a bigger sweet spot, and more stability on mishits. Both run the same HexGrit surface, which has held up well across my hours on the platform.

Get the Hurache Power 2 if you want elongated reach and the most aggressive shape. Get the Ultre Power 2 if you want the crisper feel with more forgiveness.

A $220 grit control hybrid against a $119 all-court hybrid. The Coral Pro Hybrid plays soft and muted, absorbs a hard drive and drops it soft, and grabs even balls you did not mean to spin. The Glider is a honeycomb Gen-3 build, crisp off the face and built for placement over power, with above-average pop and spin for the price and a launch angle that helps shape topspin. The Coral Pro is UPA-A only. The Glider is approved for both USAP and UPA-A and costs $101 less. Both are holding their grit so far.

Get the Coral Pro Hybrid if you want the softest touch and the highest grip. Get the Glider 2026 if you want a dual-approved all-court paddle for $119.
