Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp have all the features you need but still feel quite soulless. I never recommend them to organizations with fewer than 300 members. They do increase coordination but it takes a toll on the employee’s experience.

I hate AI slop. I’ve tried many times to let AI write something for me, but it always sounds like a LinkedIn guru wrote it. Probably for the best - I like writing. I should put an effort into the reasoning and articulation to keep that generative muscle fit.

If you don’t like producing content though, but you still want to keep your voice online, Mirra helps you produce different kinds of content (video, text, graphics, etc) based on content you’ve generated. Mirra’s website.

I’ve been on a quest for finding the perfect mail app for the past two decades. We spend too much time on it to give up and suffer Apple Mail’s bugs, or Gmail’s punishing search. Replyless look like an interesting candidate. Not pricey like Superhuman. Sends email summaries to your Telegram, which can be an incredible way to filter important emails from the others. SMSs had a maximum of 160 characters, then came Whatsapp and made it unlimited. Early Twitter had 140, then 280 - now we see full essays on most social media platforms. When we Googled something (yes, it’s in the past now), for some relevant results we would write something like “recipe pasta spicy 15 minutes”, instead of full sentences. With the arrival of AI agents, we can now type requests in conversational language without overthinking them.
