Right now, more women than ever are questioning whether to stay or go.
And most of them have already made the decision before they ask the question.
They’ve spent months collecting evidence, rehearsing the conversation, and writing down the pros and cons. By the time they say it out loud, they’re not looking for clarity. They’re looking for permission.
That’s where things go wrong.
Leaving too early, or staying too long, both have the same origin story of skipping the framework and making a decision based on a feeling.
