Is it still strawberry season somewhere? If you still have strawberries growing in your patch or can pick some up from your local market, do it and make this dressing. You won’t regret it!
Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette is a delicious addition to any sweet salad. Sweet, tangy, and simple it turns a bowl of ordinary greens into something worth lingering over. This vinaigrette comes together in minutes. Drizzle it over spinach with goat cheese and toasted pecans, or spoon it straight onto sliced strawberries and call it dessert.
