Good morning my loves,

Writing to you with a morning protein smoothie, I’m loving adding blueberries and peach lately. I just finished a very sweaty morning workout and needed to fuel my body.

Can you believe we’re already in July? They warned us the year of the fire horse would fly by, but wow this feels like another speed. I love a waypoint. A moment of pause, a reflection to notice what has happened so far, regroup and decide where we want to keep going. Choosing what and who we want to bring with us and what we’re ready to let be and stay behind.

Last week started with the Full Moon just as we entered the second half of this year and I personally felt tiiiired. I needed a little break. I don’t always take the national holidays off. As an entrepreneur, sometimes those days make sense and other times, I’d rather finish something up because I’m actually taking time off at a different time. This is the kind of freedom I love.

But after a week feeling pretty tired, I was so grateful to take Friday off and spend some time in Point Reyes with the Elks and in nature. I came back feeling completely refueled by it.

So here are 10 questions to save for your next journaling sesh, or maybe choose one that you want to answer in the comments.

  1. What do I want to celebrate from 2026 so far?

  2. When have I felt most like myself this year?

  3. What practices, habits, or people have supported my well-being?

  4. What challenge has taught me the biggest lesson so far?

  5. What has worked better than expected?

  6. What have I been forcing that may no longer be aligned?

  7. Where have I honored my intuition this year?

  8. What do I want the second half of this year to feel like?

  9. What would I do differently if I trusted myself more?

  10. Who am I becoming, and what would support her in the next six months?

I’m so curious, what question resonates most with you? What is coming up as you’re reflecting?

And if you’re looking for ways to continue exploring questions like these with other women, that’s an example of some of the things we do inside the Unlock Your Vitality Online Community!

Sending you love,
