But we are very skeptic of how it is used in certain ways, and how it can be a danger to self discovery, skill learning, mental health, independent thinking and also education

We believe that AI should be supporting education and this interesting blog has done the research, and created a nice overview of that (ironically they used AI to make it, but only to make it look orderly, not to do the research), and gives solutions to how AI can enable real learning

Bottom line is: you’re going to have to put the work in, but it will pay off in the end
