If you’ve been practicing mindfulness for a while, you know it’s not just about feeling calm or focused—it’s about learning how to meet life with clarity, compassion, and courage. And in a world that often feels heavy with uncertainty, grief, and division, that kind of presence is needed more than ever.

More and more people are turning to mindfulness not just as a personal practice, but as a way to support others. They’re asking: How do I stay anchored while holding space for others? How do I guide without overstepping? How do I bring my full presence to those who are struggling, searching, or waking up?

That’s exactly why we created the Mindfulness Mentor Training.

This program isn’t for beginners. It’s for experienced practitioners—people who have spent time on the cushion, who have been through their own valleys and insights, and who feel called to support others in a more intentional, embodied, and skillful way.

Maybe you’re a therapist, coach, healer, educator, or community leader. Maybe you’re the one people come to when they’re in need of grounding or guidance. Maybe you simply know in your bones that your practice has prepared you for something more.

Mentoring from a place of presence and humility isn’t about fixing or advising. It’s about co-creating space where wisdom can unfold—for the other person, and for you. And it asks us to bring all the parts of ourselves: our practice, our story, our compassion, our discernment.

I co-created this training with Tara Brach , Jack Kornfield, and the team at @Banyan because we saw a clear and deep need. Now in its fifth cohort, this 4-month training is a space for experienced practitioners to deepen their capacity to guide others from a place of clarity, integrity, and care.

We offer live mentoring, in-depth teachings, and an inspiring peer community—all rooted in the belief that the inner path and outer service are not separate.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to step into this role more fully, this might be your invitation.

With everything happening in the world, mentorship grounded in mindfulness is more than helpful—it’s essential.
