*Wednesday will be two years since my Dad died.

Years ago in seminary, one of my teachers said something I’ve never forgotten.

These reflections came during my evening walk tonight as I get closer to the end of a 2-week silent retreat at the Insight Meditation Society (IMS).

I repost this 13yo video every year with the hope that it lands for someone who needs to hear it.
