Happy Sunday! Greetings from Destin, Florida, where Ann and I did a benefit concert this morning for Sinfonia Gulf Coast. I wasn’t planning on sending out a newsletter today, but since it’s 50 degrees and raining here and there won’t be any beach walks, I decided why not write a little holiday gift guide.
First, a song: I thought you might get a kick out of this six-minute video of my various attempts to film myself singing “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” with Oliver. It’s my family’s favorite holiday song, and I recorded it on both of my Christmas albums. The guitar track is from my Comfort & Joy album, played by the wonderful Peter Calo.
Are you looking for holiday gift ideas? I have a little shop on my website with CDs (signed if you like), plus signed Anastasia, Swan Princess, and Hazbin Hotel photos. I also have digital downloads of my albums and singles—in last month’s poll on how you listen to music, I was pleasantly surprised by how many of you still download MP3s.
Below are all the offerings in my shop. Special thanks to Robbie Rozelle who not only does my website, but also designed the artwork for many of these albums. This week he sent me a bunch of cover ideas for my next album, The Wizard and I: Liz Callaway Sings Stephen Schwartz. I’m very excited!
Another idea: give the gift of live music. I have concerts all over the place in 2026, including New York (with Ann), Palm Springs, South Florida, Santa Rosa, Knoxville, and Cincinnati. And just announced—I’m doing a week of shows at 54 Below in March: three Stephen Schwartz album release shows and a special Sondheim birthday concert.
Livestream tickets make great gifts, too. On January 17, Ann and I are livestreaming our show Boom! at 7 pm ET.

I’ll admit that early on I wasn’t sure about doing Cameos, until during the pandemic Nicholas surprised me with one from one of my favorite Mets players, Pete Alonso, for my birthday. I burst into tears when I saw it.
