GENERAL INFO
Due to the small size of the Pit Zone area, ONLY riders and race day team volunteers (league volunteers, food committee, feed zone, finish line & staging) will be allowed to stay in the area. That being said, feel free to stop by briefly and say "hi" to your rider and take a few pictures!
Sorry, but NO DOGS ALLOWED AT THE RACES!
FOOD (riders and volunteers only):
Please sign up (signup genius) for a side item to share with the team, preferably something healthy. Link will be posted on TeamSnap chat a few days prior to the race.
Families can either bring food for themselves, eat at food trucks if available or drive into town for food.
NEW LUNCH TIME!!! Snacks served all day, LUNCH from 10:30am-3pm. At 3pm, once all the riders have been taken care of, feel free to swing by and grab any left over lunch (just ask a volunteer). We usually have a lot of extra food!
TEAM VOLUNTEERS
Thank you in advance for those that will volunteer to help the team on Saturday.
Sign up using the Sign-up Genius link: This will be sent at the same time as the food assignments (usually the week before the race). Those that volunteer (league or team) for the day may eat with the team. You can also volunteer the day of the race if you don't know your schedule yet. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your help!
Pitzone setup/take down: Since the JD team is not racing, we need some help with Pitzone setup THURSDAY evening (usually 4-5pm), but if you are around, please stop by and help out. Take down will occur after all the races start at 3:45 pm Saturday.
Photography: Please upload photos to a shared GOOGLE photo album (invites will be sent out) immediately after the race. Post any pics you take with your cell phone or fancy camera. Here's who signed up to take pics at the races: Rand Blair, Ethan Adams, Wells Holmes (let a coach know if you want to help out!)
Feed Zone: With several volunteers, it makes it easy to run and allows you to leave the area to watch you riders race. Sign up for 1-2 or all race waves. Katie Hellewell and Jason Poe can provide professional level tutorials in person.
Staging Area: This is to be sure riders get to the right areas to start their races. We usually need more help for staging, so if interested, please contact Shelby or Aaron Wilkinson before the race or on race day.
