At the 2026 Leadership Now Summit, A Roadmap for America's Next Chapter, Fox News' The Five co-host Jessica Tarlov was recognized with a Leadership Now Award alongside her Raging Moderates co-host Scott Galloway, Fed Chair Jerome Powell, and CEO of Weyco Tom Florsheim Jr. for their leadership and commitment to strengthening America's democratic and economic foundations.

“Elections will always be won in the middle. We will always need solutions to satisfy the majority of Americans, not just the far right or far left.” - Jessica Tarlov

In her remarks when accepting the award, Tarlov makes the case for the political center — not as a compromise position, but as the only durable path to governing. Alongside Galloway, she has built Raging Moderates into a daily forum for the argument that most Americans are not looking for ideological purity; they’re looking for leaders who can deliver. That same argument carries into her role at Fox News’ The Five, where she is often the lone voice pushing back against the extremes on both sides.

Tarlov’s presence at the Summit didn’t end with her own award. She also moderated one of the day’s most closely watched conversations: a panel on the next generation of political leadership, featuring Congressional candidate Cait Conley, Newport News Mayor Phillip Jones, Congressman Pat Ryan, and Iowa State Auditor and gubernatorial candidate Rob Sand.

She opened the panel with a statistic that framed the entire conversation: “Forty-five percent of our federal lawmakers are over 60. In other Western democracies, it’s only 10 to 20%.”

The panel’s conclusion echoed her own: voters are exhausted by partisan performance and are looking for competence, authenticity, and results. As Tarlov put it to the room of business executives, “Part of that means having people in positions of power who are not only bringing a new perspective because they’re from a younger generation, but different kinds of expertise, experiences, just an outlook on life and the way the country should go.”

Tarlov’s remarks and her moderated session was just a handful of moments from our seventh annual Leadership Now Summit, A Roadmap for America’s Next Chapter. Explore keynote conversations, panel discussions, photos, videos, and highlights from a day dedicated to strengthening American competitiveness, renewing trust in our institutions, and preparing the country for the future.
