Hello hello hello,
I hope you’re all well! I’m trying to make the newsletter more frequent (I know I’m always saying this), but here we go - the start of a more regular newsletter.
In this week’s newsletter: a look at some new items on the website, current interior inspo, marketplace finds, and my favourite Lazy Flea picks.
A look at some of the new pieces on the webby.
If you haven’t already worked it out, I’m definitely in my shell era. I’m truly obsessed with anything shell at this point - from mirrors made with hundreds of shells to lamps made from huge shells, consider me sold.
So first up on the website is a beautiful lamp made from shells, with a gorgeous glow when it’s on. There are also some very cute snail dishes, perfect for dips and olives, a beautiful textured mid-century painting, another trio of fun ashtrays — my favourite being the blue sack — this iconic shell mirror, which I haven’t found anything like, and finally, a beautiful pair of studio pottery lamps.
I’m always scrolling on Pinterest, so here are some of my recent saves and summer vibes - and yes, it still involves wrought iron, dark wood, and beautiful flowers.
If you didn’t know, as well as running Lazy Home, I also run The Lazy Flea, which is a monthly flea market in West London. If you haven’t visited, where have you been?!
One of the lovely things about running the market is seeing all of the beautiful pieces our traders bring. So here are some of my favs from our last market.
First up - are we surprised? - this gorgeous wrought iron magazine rack from Clubstack by Jessica French . Then, this absolutely dreamy pair of butter yellow chairs from Daydream Objects - I mean, have you seen anything like those? A beautiful black and white print from Sundial Store, and back with Club Sourced for the amazing tortoiseshell-style tray.
Another week another round of marketplace goodies
Gorgeous wooden chairs - £120. Perfect for a mix-and-match dining table set-up.
Chrome table and chairs - £250. The pairing of the chrome, glass and these chairs really does something to me.
Solid wooden lamp base - £60. Paired with a gorgeous shade, and you’ve got a beautiful lamp!
That’s all from me this week! I hope to see you all soon ( I promise)
