Okay friends, you’ve heard me talk about it a bit, but the time is here! I’m gathering a launch team for This Side of the Sky: 101 Poems & Scriptures for the Hungry, Hopeful, and Homesick, and I want you on it. We start tomorrow, 8/26, and I would love nothing more than to have you along for the ride with me.
While the Launch Team gets a whole bunch of stuff, perhaps the biggest thing I’m offering is a frequently asked-for live poetry workshop! It’s called For the Ones Who Watch the Skies: a poetry workshop on attention, longing, hope, and the world right in front of us. You guys have been asking me for years, and now it’s happening!
The workshop will basically be a crash course in writing modern poetry from a Christian perspective. If you like how I write, I’d love to have you join me, and I will do my best to communicate how I transfer my thoughts to the written word.
