Tre times is the charm: Wizards acquire G Tre Mann

Thank you for tuning in! Ben has brief thoughts on the Wizards acquiring guard Tre Mann from the Cavaliers in exchange for guard Cam Whitmore.

Mann, 26, was a 2021 first-round pick by the Thunder. Wizards GM Will Dawkins was part of Oklahoma City’s front office at the time, and now reunites with the capable backup point guard.

Washington also adds a 2027 second-round pick from the Clippers and cash. Forward Julian Reese heads to the Nuggets as part of the larger trade involving Peyton Watson going from Denver to Cleveland.

The roster now includes Tre Mann, Tre Johnson and Trae Young. Some nicknames are coming.
