Hi friends! Here is your next mini-dose of movement as we continue the Full Body Reset together.
These next three days focus on the hips, legs and core stabilizers — areas that carry so much of our day-to-day tension. You do not need to be super bendy or have an hour to spare. We will continue with just 5–7 minutes a day. Take a look at the calendar and the breakdown of the days ahead and get into it.

Day 10 — Quads & Hip Flexors (5-7 minutes)
Lengthens quads, hip flexors, psoas muscles, builds ankle and core stability (low lunge and variations)
Day 11 — Hamstrings & Calves (5-7 minutes)
Builds strength in hamstrings, calves and opens ankles while also working shoulders, wrists and the entire back. (downward facing dog variations)
Day 12 — External Rotation of Hips (5-7 minutes)
Stretches inner thighs, hips and knees with a low back release. (Butterfly pose)
