This is the second half of my walk through Arakawa City.

With this issue, the setting of my exploration shifts to Arakawa City.

This issue marks the final installment of my exploration of Adachi City.

This time, I visited postal code 123—the final area of Adachi City.

This time, I walked through the western part of postal code 121.

This time, I started my walk at Umejima Station—the nearest station to the ward office, police station, and fire station.

This time, I explored the area west of the Tsukuba Express line, stretching toward the Nikko Kaido.

The postal code divisions in Adachi City felt far more complex than those in Edogawa or Katsushika, where I had walked before.

Crossing the Arakawa River from Senju, the atmosphere changes—even though you are still within the same 120 postal code area.

The Sumida River flows between Minami-Senju and Kita-Senju, and several bridges connect the two areas.
