{12} Hospital

I wanted to check in with you here. It all started the evening of July 10th. As of now, it’s been a list of medical issues with my husband.

Urgent care.

ER

Home

ER again.

Home.

ER again.

Home.

Emergency visit with Urologist.

Home.

Test.

ER later that night.

Hospital Admission.

He’s had severe bleeding from his bladder. It’s been scary.

The only thing I’ve written in the past few days is a medical diary of all the events.

I’m sorry I haven’t been here to encourage you.

My complete mental and physical energy is concentrated on my husband.

Praying for his healing…

Praying for our strength…

Praying that all doctors and care staff can figure out what has caused all this.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your writing life.

Keep on writing.

But, a reminder: give yourself grace when life throws you a huge bump in your writing world. Honor the season.
