I publish one post like this each year, inviting you into an in-person container, so thank you in advance for being open to hearing about this one-of-a-kind experience that I’ll be co-facilitating with an incredible team.
In this sacred space, we’re calling Reconnect & Receive: Immersive Cuddle Retreat, participants will experience platonic, intimate connection (sometimes for the first time) and have the opportunity to practice mutual consent and boundaries with four Certified Cuddle Therapists.
It’s a rare opportunity to practice identifying your needs, asking for what you truly want, and receiving another person’s whole-hearted yes to you.
In community, we’ll process any emotions or realizations that arise from those private sessions. We’ll share nourishing meals and conversation with one another, and have plenty of time for rest and relaxation.
This is an invitation to tend to the parts of yourself that need more love, and connect more deeply with others.
We’ll talk upfront about consent and how to give language to your own boundaries. Here, your no is celebrated, your yes is sacred, and your not yet is held with tenderness.
You’ll be invited to go deeper with self-reflection and be witnessed in your vulnerability; that’s where I believe the magic happens. And we’ll conclude each program day with a guided meditation or an energy-integration practice.
This immersive cuddle therapy retreat is limited to 8 participants (4 spots left as of today), and includes:
Shared accommodations for 4 days, 3 nights (Thursday night through Sunday late morning)
All meals and snacks prepared by our personal chef team
Four (4) individual cuddle sessions in private spaces
Paired exercises and group processing
Two (2) gentle morning body movement classes
Two (2) guided meditation and energy experiences
Sacred integration time (rest and relaxation)
Access to all amenities, including the heated enclosed pool and outdoor hot tub (both swimsuit optional), fire pit, and walking trails
Light rope play for anyone interested in exploring Shibari as a healing modality (optional, of course)
This unique, long-weekend experience has been described as “the most gentle and intense container.” Feel into how that lands for you.
You will be well held in community—and by fiercely compassionate, skilled facilitators, platonic touch practitioners, energy integrationists, and chefs.

This retreat is for those seeking platonic intimacy, loving connection, and healing in community.
One really important note… Between the certified cuddlists, team members, and the participants, this container is an inclusive, supportive space for all genders, all identities, and all body types.
Everyone is welcome to apply.
We will begin co-creating the container on Zoom two weeks before the retreat, and there will be an aftercare call one week post-retreat. This is part of how we practice trauma-informed, communal care.
After last year’s retreat, I was a guest on Cuddlist’s Finding Ourself podcast, where I talked about the retreat experience. You can watch or listen to that podcast episode here or click below:
Questions about the retreat? Check out the FAQs at the bottom of the retreat page, and if you have different questions, please email me at kelly@klcampbell.com. I’m grateful to share this invitation with you, and I hope to see you there.
