gluten free | vegetarian | nut free option
serves 2 | prep 5 min | bake 15 to 20 min | 20 minutes total
1 gluten free pizza dough ball, halved and rolled out
1 cup creamy tomato basil sauce (or vodka sauce)
1 ball fresh burrata
Optional: Hot or spicy honey, drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper
Optional: Gluten free flour for rolling
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the gluten free pizza dough ball in half. Dust your surface with gluten free flour and roll each half out into a thin round or rectangle on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spoon creamy tomato basil sauce on top and use a spoon to gently spread.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden and sauce is warm.
Remove from the oven. Tear fresh burrata into pieces and scatter across the top. Drizzle with hot honey.
Serve immediately!
