To keep this intro short and to the point: I had a very bad medical emergency a few weeks after having surgery to correct a deviated septum. In it, I lost between a 1/4 and 1/3 of my blood. Not a fun time. Would not recommend. I am still recovering but should be ok. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Rare Cat Spotted in India: International - April 6th - Times of India - Cryptozoological
I always like when I can find stories of things outside of the standard ‘para’ fare. Not UFOs, not Bigfoot, but something, even more based in real observation and science. This story is out of a region in India where a rare species of big cat was observed. It was considered newsworthy in that they are not just rare but are not usually known to live or hunt where they were observed. Adding to that is that these big cats are extremely rare in their characteristic of fishing in water for food.

Don’t get too excited. I think these ones have a very real, terrestrial explanation. The reason I include this story is it seems to be getting lots of dissemination and wide spread reach. They are saying it is important because it was recorded near Wright Patterson Air Force Base and that is also related to one of the missing military officials. OK, lots of connections trying to be drawn. However, if you watch the video, you see a very unique pattern of a cluster of lights. I have seen those patterns before. Where? At 4th of July shows where parachutists have flares strapped to themselves and they perform maneuvers to give a spiraling, falling effect. I know that the military also uses flares suspended from parachutes with no humans involved as well. Since they are near an air base, I am guessing this is case of an evening or night test or training exercise. Take a look and let me know what you think. Just be careful out there as I think this is not in the house of real UFOs. I want to make sure others take a critical eye to all this stuff before announcing ‘UFO’. When I was trained at MUFON, this is what I was expected to do with each case.
POTUS Remarks UFO Files Contain Interesting Stuff: National - April 17th - USAToday
Very generally an interesting snippet from a recent political rally in Arizona. POTUS tells the group they are going to appreciate this update. Says they will because he knows they are out there. But only a little bit. And that they are really into this stuff. Just that they looked into the ‘files’ and found some interesting documents. He then tells them to expect documents he is referencing to be released soon. That it captivates the mind. And that they should let him know if they figure it out. Let that sink in for a minute. Either it is political baiting for support or genuine inquiry and request for support on something real he has uncovered. Either situation is groundbreaking, in my mind.
Amy Eskridge was noted as having died in 2022 at 34 years old. She was a co-founder of a propulsion research lab in Huntsville, AL. Part of her work centered on anti-gravity. This article talks about how the FBI is actually looking in to the possible connections to all these missing and dead scientists. (Sorry, the remainder of this article is behind a paywall, but here is another link to an article about her and her work). She posted videos that she feared she was being targeted for her work on these technologies and feared for her life. Also, she indicated she was not suicidal. Yet her own Father said not to make too much out of her death. It says something, though, if the FBI begins looking into things. The facts are there. What do you all think?
Wild speculation burst onto the interwebs recently as it was rumored, at first, that David Wilcock, of Ancient Aliens fame, had died. Then, it was confirmed he was deceased and identified. The link above puts a pretty clear picture of what was reported to have happened with him interacting with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office which then led to him reportedly taking his own life. I am not going to add fuel to the fire of speculation and conspiracy. Many have been in that arena - that he was posting he would never take his own life, that he was happy, that he was looking forward to new things. However, many others that knew him posted he was struggling and that he was in a dangerous mental place. Yet others berate him and call him a ‘grifter’. Of course, many are linking him now, also, to the other missing and dead scientists. In any case, it is important to note that it is awful for anyone to get to the place where they are feeling the only option is to end their own life. I know what that feels like. I also feel sad that we have lost another of the Ancient Aliens talking heads. While I didn’t know as much about David’s work beyond Ancient Aliens, I always enjoyed his takes on things on that platform. Let’s just be kind and aware that this is a loss of a human life. Sending my condolences to his family and friends. I think it is in bad form to come ‘this close’ to saying he deserved it from some critics of him and what he was doing. Even if the claims are true, which I do not know and cannot answer, let’s be better than that. Interpret as you will.

I haven’t heard anything yet from the CIA on the other items they mentioned that they would address in a separate correspondence.
On the other hand, I did feel like it was a good move to ask them for the DVD of the Stargate Program project files. So, I sent them the 10$ and request for it. We shall see when it arrives what it contains. I sent in a few weeks ago, hopefully we will get it soon.
I did begin to look through files on the project reading room. Just took a quick browse to see what may be gleaned. Not anything yet to connect the program to the G.A.T.E. or Gifted And Talented Education programs directly, but the files are clearly stating that the government has long been interested in researching and developing programs, protocols, and congressional oversight / involvement AND funding in the applications of paranormal abilities - most importantly the concept of Remote Viewing.
There is more to parse through, but let it be known in declassified portions of these files, one can read and easily understand that the reports of research and statistical analysis was supportive to the notion that Remote Viewing was in fact a real anomaly that could be used. However, there was some sort of turmoil in the inter-departmental shifting of management, funding, etc. where an entity determined it was not worth continuing to support. There are several ‘user base’ or ‘customer interviews’ where it is mentioned the results were not very impactful or useful.
How does it tie to G.A.T.E.? Well, for right now, I can’t see literal tie-ins. No direct paths. No mentions of the two things together.
However, I am infering that if the G.A.T.E. testing was truly more than just hearing tests, then it would be easy to draw a line from that to the possibility that it was a front or screen for the government searching for open and accessible sensitive or extra-abled individuals. (I think I saw a reference to these types of people being known as or called ‘beacons’).

Here’s another interesting file from 1995 I stumbled across where involved individuals seemed very concerned that a reporter was inquiring about this program. That conveys a seriousness with which they regarded the information on this program getting out.

Have you ever had your blood type tested? If you are an experiencer, it may be unique. Or, so some people claim.
Then I got mine tested…
During my ER visit, they gave me a blood test. We figured it was just in case they needed to give me some blood since I was losing so much during the nosebleed a couple weeks ago.
I saw the report say “B-”. After some initial research I was shocked / not shocked (as it goes with us, sometimes) that it is one of the rarer blood types known.
From what I could ascertain, it is found in about 2% of the population of the US, according to the New York Blood Center. It is noted as occurring between 1 and 2% of the world population and is more common in Asian populations than in Caucasian.
It was interesting me to learn this about myself in general. Kind of cool to learn I have a rare blood type. In my memoir I noted always feeling different and like I didn’t belong. Well, now I can literally say being different is in my blood!
Here is how it fits into the whole phenomenon: according to new age belief systems and spirituality, ‘starseeds’ and experiencers are often linked to the (-) blood types. Where does this association come from?
I have heard people speak about this and tell me to my face. I have read about it online and in forums. I also have seen the Ancient Aliens episode about it.
There is real debate about where (-) or rh- (also ‘rhesus’ negative) comes from as it appears that scientists don’t know for sure. So, when there is a gap, people are able to insert their own associations or theories as to how it came into existence. Much like the Creator theory of evolution, an ‘Alien in the Gaps’ theory has emerged for this unknown in the human blood type mystery. If we can’t figure it out, then, likely Aliens put it there.
Side Note: The RH or RHESUS terminology apparently comes from the RHESUS macaques monkeys used in the early 1900’s experiments which were carried out to determine compatibility of blood types.
In 1976, Brad Steiger authored ‘Gods of Aquarius’ and in it he associates many experiencers with having the rh- factor blood type, amongst many other attributes he catalogued amongst experiencers in his investigations. Of course, main stream science doesn’t accept that as it is not part of what they call an empirical evidence-based study.
I haven’t read this book, but it certainly makes me interested now to know that I have these experiences, memories, visions, dreams, and now the blood type I have is part of this mystery.
I invite you to look further into this on your own as well.
Know this, though. Your PCP or GP will most likely not test your blood type with no reason. You’ll likely have to get it done for blood donation or if you’ll end up needing a transfusion.

Ever seen a massive UFO hovering over your house? Maybe a small tic-tac like object with no sound in broad daylight? Or how about a 9 foot tall hairy beast that squalls on you in the woods?
Now think about how you felt afterwards. Can’t get the encounter out of your head? Maybe you have trouble sleeping? Hard to believe what you saw even though you know what you saw was real?
What you may be experiencing could be ‘ontological shock’.
It is the emotional and coginitive distress brought on by experiencing something in reality that you are taught isn’t supposed to exist - like the supernatural. Something happening that shouldn’t. A creature existing that shouldn’t. A reality based in unrealty.
Typically, the level of disorientation and distress is going to be higher the more far afield the odd event you are going through compares to your own belief systems and / or religion. Also, it can be worse depending on how major and sudden the event is.
Really, we are talking about coming into awareness that one’s own truth is not what we once thought it was. The identity of self is challenged and destablized. The known ‘you’ is no longer fully ‘known’. A shift from the known to the unknown. A transitive place beyond time and space. When you begin to address this I think of this stage of life as ‘liminality’.
In the early stages terror, awe, and disbelief reign. For me, I personally filed experiences away in my mind to either cope and move on or to look into much later in life.
The types of events we are referring to are encounters with the paranormal, UFO sightings, contact or abduction events with non-human intelligences, hauntings or ghost sightings, meditation revelations, hypnosis recall, creature sightings, and other kinds of things that can disrupt foundational truths of society or onself.
For some, it comes all at once. For others, like me, it feels like it was drip-fed to me all my life. It was always there and so it felt like a slow burn for 40+ years. Some years I had forgotten it and had little experiences. Other years, it was intense and unrelenting. It can be even worse for others. By worse, I mean disruptive to daily living and domesticated life within which we all try to thrive. I know some folks have pure, healing, positive interactions. Many others do not. We must respect all aspects of these interactions with the ‘weird’.
The experience of this shock and realization is something I reference indirectly in my memoir and try to encourage all to have the courage to remain strong in the face of it.
Often, you may feel the world around you isn’t real anymore, you may question who you are, and in extreme cases you may start to become obsessed with meaningless and even death. Especially in our world, isolation can be the most dangerous place to exist in while trying to process what you know to be true and integrate your old self with the new. Support structures and community is crucial at this stage. You can also discover new hobbies or routines to keep grounded at difficult times.
For me, part of that process included sharing my story, researching new aspects, writing my memoir, and publishing this substack.
It is a real part of being an experiencer. It is not easy. But with the right mindest, the right support, and the courage to take it all head on, while maintaining your sense of self, one can evolve into a new, integrated, healed person with an advantageous yet sometimes unweildy knowledge of the greater reality.
Know you are not alone. You’ve never been alone.
