Ingredients:

  • 32 ounce bag Ore-Ida diced hash browns

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning

  • 2- 10 cans Rotel original

  • 15 ounce can Bushes seasoned black beans

  • 12 ounce bag frozen peppers and onions

  • 12 ounce mild salsa

  • 8 ounces 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. Brown your ground beef and set aside. If you’d like to add the taco seasoning while cooking that’s a great option

  2. Pour your bag of diced potatoes into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish

  3. Add the ground beef evenly over the potatoes and sprinkle with your taco seasoning (unless you already put it in the meat.)

  4. Pour the rotel over the meat in an even layer followed by the black beans

  5. Add the frozen vegetables as the next layer

  6. Follow that up with a layer of your salsa then cover with the Mexican cheese

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes

  8. Enjoy!
