🏅 Adrianne Kroepsch, Colorado School of Mines
The Charles Redd Center / Rural American West Paper Award, supported by the Charles Redd Center at Brigham Young University, honors outstanding research that deepens our understanding of the rural American West. Adrianne Kroepsch’s work, spanning environmental studies, water governance, and the socio-environmental politics of energy landscapes, brings careful, grounded insight into how communities navigate wildfire, groundwater, and oil-and-gas challenges across Western regions. Her commitment to thoughtful, community-engaged scholarship carries forward the spirit of this award with clarity and purpose.
