Three years ago I had a dream of coaching 100 people in that year.

I do this specific kind of yoga called “cham seon yoga”, and it’s a routine made by a Korean Buddhist monk who used to be a bodybuilder (!!!).

My mother in law is here in California, and that gives me an opportunity to witness my wife in a completely different relationship dynamic from the one I’m used to.

I’m going to begin this topic with a somewhat pessimistic and deterministic outcome: you can’t heal from chronic burnout without quitting your job.

I first started writing this series because I was primarily interested in revisiting my mistakes and coulda-shoulda-wouldas.

Last Sunday I went to see a K-Pop concert at Los Angeles’ The Wiltern.

The bio section of my website chronicles my personal journey in pursuit of happiness.

I’m 2.5 years into my Buddhist practices and I reasonably have a good proportion of my day spent in mindfulness.
