An office. A male boss is having a meeting with a female employee. She has a stoic, arrogant look on her face, and is resting her chin in her split fingers. The Boss says: “There’ve been a lot of complaints around the office about your ‘Resting Rizz Face.’”

Let’s unpack this: First, a lot of women (including quite a few friends of mine) get chastised for “Resting Bitch Face.” Which is unfair. I walk around half the time scowling like a demon.

Second, ten-year old internet sensation The Rizzler is basically only famous for making “Rizz Face,” as described above. Google it if you need more clarity.

This is not a joke for everyone, but I love it.

I love that the protestor is harassing the ape men! That never occurred to me. And the Devo t-shirt is a beautiful touch. One of my Dad’s favorite books was “The Island of Doctor Moreau,” from which Devo lifted their iconic line: “Are we not men?” I’ve always liked them for that.
