Welcome! You’ve arrived at a carefully crafted doorway for creating new possibilities in the human field of awareness.
When you upgrade the standard Thoughtware that’s running your life, you get access to new possibilities.
Thoughtware upgrades happen when you gain new experiential distinctions.
Distinctions are created when two things that were previously con-fused together, get di-fused, separated, and now you can distinguish between the two.
For example, can you distinguish between Salsa and Bachata music styles? These are two distinct music styles. When you spend enough time researching and being around where this music is played, you gain this distinction, not in your mind as a concept or idea or theory, but in your whole body.
This article introduces distinctions that, when you get them experientially, allow you to distinguish between two things that were separate before. This new distinction creates access to new possibilities, like an old TV with low resolution compared to a new TV with higher resolution; you’re able to catch more bits of consciousness.

I sat at the coffee shop with a dear man friend, Lance, who I’ve been researching the edges of being a man, manhood, adulthood, feeling, healing and relating.
This friend is so precious to me because he is one of the only person’s who can meet me in a space of presence and navigate that space consistently with me.
We sat at the coffee shop, and he started unfolding the journey that he’s been on, learning and practicing to dance Tango.
With sharp finesse and elegance, my friend delivered to me the physical, energetic and emotional experience between:
a) being rigid, contracted, pretending, half-committed, AND
b) being “ENTREGADO”.
“Entregado” in Spanish means “given in”, “fully committed”, “surrendered”, “deliberate”.
Lance described the experience of dancing Tango with a partner who gives themselves to the dance and to their dancing partner. They lean in. They are in contact. They are fully engaged. And, it’s in the body, not in something they say, or something they think about.
This experiential distinction between being committed and holding back deepened my quest for one of my survival strategies that I call OFIOFO (One-Foot-In-One-Foot-Out).
What would your life be like if everything you did, you were fully committed? Two feet in the game? That’s my current quest.
My next step is getting real about this question:
—What do you want?
As my partner keeps asking me, over and over:
—Jorge, what do you want?
This question takes me to that place where I’m faced directly with my raw creative power to create EXACTLY what I want, and my fear of creating exactly that, because it means leaving behind the stories, beliefs and conditions I’m using to survive.
—What happens for you when you go to this place of raw creative power and ask yourself: What do you want?
I’m starting a team journey for men to discover what is behind that question.
This space will be about coming into alignment, truth and integrity with yourself, and tapping into the place of power you know is possible.
It’s starting June 2nd with a 2-hour intro worktalk. Bring your questions, your pain and your clarity.
It’s like nothing I’ve ever done before.
It won’t be about teaching, or telling you what to do, or being good boys, doing the “good” work.
It will be about holding space to discover what you want, what you want with the people around you, and tapping into your own power of creation.
How do you get clear and have access to what you want here and now?
Get clear what game you’re playing: survival OR conscious creation?
Re-discover who you are and what you really care about beyond your strategies learned in childhood to hide or dominate.
Learn how to consciously feel: Anger, Sadness, Fear and Joy
Practice using your voice to set the context of your space
Practice over and over the foundations of spaceholding
Learn life-changing relational and communication skills
Grow your capacity to feel more and become more visible
Stop adapting and playing small in somebody else’s game
Stop comparing yourself to others and finally start creating your thing
Interested? — Join the online worktalk on Tuesday, June 2nd.
