Hey everybody! I’m still recovering from 1) Author Nation, where I taught author stuff and 2) ten weeks of my “Artisan University” thing, where I’m still teaching author stuff.
So I’m sort of brain dead on talking about author stuff. I’m dry. It happens.
HOWEVER, before I ran temporarily low on brain cells, Russell Nohelty interviewed me for Craft Con: a project he’s heading for Plotdrive wherein I and a bunch of others talk about breaking through creative blocks. You know: Losing momentum. Getting lost in the middle of a story or not knowing how to finish. That kind of jazz.
(My interview naturally went off-script and Russell and I only talked a little about blocks, but the off-script was still good shit. Other speakers behaved more, so I still say that if you want to break through writer’s block or other creative blocks and don’t care about what I had to say, Craft Con is still a real boon.)
