Nevertheless, every intention originates a slight deviation from mechanical causality, every perception establishes a particular history by differentiating one possibility from its alternatives, and every emotionally sustained thought contributes to the informational environment from which physical events are selected. Psychotronics begins when this ordinarily negligible participation is stabilized, amplified, synchronized, and directed. Its fundamental objective is not the transmission of energy but the control of coherence: the capacity to determine which virtual pattern will cross the boundary into observable reality.
