I hope to see you at the Sunday Shift this evening! There’s one technique that I always teach that I think will become such a useful tool in your emotional resiliency toolbox. In a peer group at work (no, GEH is not my full-time job!), I led a discussion around burnout. podcast episode on burnout reminded me that breathwork is one of the top three ways to complete the stress cycle (movement was number one, and positive social interaction was number three). Stressed or not, I’d love to be part of your intentional Sunday night wind down. Keep scrolling for this week’s newsletter of ways to move, breathe, and connect. Three highlights are followed by a volunteer section, and the social section is the cherry on top at the bottom. See you soon!
